Once an order leaves our warehouse a tracking number and shipping details are emailed to the customer. Once you have spoken to the shipping company, please contact abstrakmaniak1@gmail.com, if you require further assistance. We will be able to assist with opening an investigation with the delivery company! (The time frame for an investigation is 1-8 business days).
